WHAT TO EXPECT FROM
YOUR RECON SEASON

RECON is designed with the athlete (young person) in mind. The program will assist each athlete to transform their development while training alongside other talented and committed young athletes in an elite environment. We offer multiple age groups to support the athlete at each stage of development. The weekly training sessions are split into our development age groups, with players training in their very own, age-specific squad:

During October to March we will cover all bases, imagine hitting your next sport season better than ever before. During the program you get unrestricted access to industry proven development program that has seen many athletes achieve representative titles, pathways scholarships and more. Boost your skills and game sense making next season your best yet!

During the programming you will expect a combination outdoor (field/beach) and gym sessions. To support the ever changing environment due to covid we will also be online to ensure your development in unstoppable.

Armour Combine Testing has been essential part of our program since the beginning as it allows athletes to create realistic goals based on personal results. We have 3 levels of testing to support age groups and athlete ability. Often use Beep Test, Yoyo test, Agility testing for change of direction, Sprints to assess speed and more as they progress through the program.

Often the most effective way the develop learning sport specific skills is to test them in competition. Where possible we often join multiple local tournaments with selected athletes for just that purpose. We also hold regular game play sessions during the program.

Multiple Locations

Melbourne Zones

As our recon program is designed to support every aspect of elite programming we have designed our timetable for one area at multiple nearby locations.


West / North

A combinations of sessions that include online, Gym located in Truganina, field based in Truganina, beach sessions in Altona. All age groups are available at our West/North program.

 


East / South

A combinations of sessions that include online, Gym located in Hallam, field based in Box Hill or beach sessions in Mordialloc. Rookies and Elite age groups only.

 


North

Our newest location!
Gym located in Niddrie. Saturday morning Only session. Rookies and Elite age groups only.

For our Melbourne locations we offer two registrations options to suit your needs.

Season Plan: Pay upfront for the complete season and save! Amount changes based on selections. (Afterpay also available)

Weekly Plan:  Automatic weekly payments to cover your membership.


VIC Season Plan (covers remaining weeks of RECON season)

Purchase our upfront program and save up to $100pp depending on the program selected. Ask us about our Large family discount.

Want More? High Performance Unit

All athletes in Rookies and Elite age groups are assessed to join our High Performance Unit. Athletes that are successful in joining this program will have access to extra sessions, tools and programming. Athletes in HPU are also assessed for our pathway programs and representative tours. HPU is provided at no extra due athlete that are invited to join. Costs of HPU are currently covered by donations from our Pay It Forward program.
